Fairly clean air conditioned hotel with very-very nice staff. Fast check-in and fine check-out, parking close to the venue. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Marvellous and lovely location to De Bilt-Zeist.

The breakfast spread was plentiful and delightful. the brand-new room was huge, and the bathroom was large. - the hotel's location was exceptionally nice and perfect, being close to the neighborhood and bars in the early hours of the morning.

The location is in the centre of the city
One site of the hotel is located at the dorp straat and this is very noisy during Saturday night when the night clubs goes out.Also inside room windows can only be opened by 5 cm.

We were there to visit our daughter in Utrecht and having stayed in Utrecht on previous visits, our daughter suggested we stay in Ziest and booked us into the Hotel Theater Figi. We really enjoyed our stay as everything was so convenient. The bus stop was located just across the road from our hotel and it only took 20 mins or so to travel into Utrecht Central and the hotel had its own restaurant, cafe and of course theater. The staff were very helpful and of course their english was fantastic. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good value having been included in our price. We really enjoyed the fact that the cleaners did not arrive first thing in the morning to clean your room as very often by the time you have had breakfast in most hotels, the cleaner has come around and you feel you have to abandon your room to enable them to do their job. Our stay was very relaxed and of coourse the price was a big bonus as you had a Castle on your doorstop which of course we visited on the Sunday and had a wonderful time there.
We did not feel there was anything to dislike about this hotel. One would have to be very very fussy to have found fault in our opinion. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. What more can one want from a three night stay!

Had a 3 night weekend deal including breakfast in all the best value we could find and were impressed with the quality of accommodation and service we received. Bus link to station cheap and handy to hotel staff very helpful and did your online flight check in with no fuss or cost attached.
Lack of comfortable lounge bar area.
